Mindfulness is about being the observer throughout lives, in everything you do. I share some practices and rules that I learned from a retreat with Thich Nhat Hanh.
We join in practicing how to be the observer of your mind with a simple visualization of imagining that you are on the side of the road and the passing cars are like your thoughts and your feelings.
